Three directors set up Threefold Capital in Sydney in 2026 to invest their own capital, and nobody else's, in businesses they help to run.
Who we are
The three of us own the firm and fund it ourselves.
Each of us is a director and a shareholder, and every dollar the firm invests comes from us.
Because the money is ours, we can take our time and hold what we own for as long as it makes sense.
We also choose to be involved. Our first investment came with a seat on the board and an operating role. That is the kind of position we look for.
